/ Fairy Tails Terms & Conditions​

By using this website and/or purchasing from Fairy Tails, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🛍️ Product & Order Information​

  • Please ensure you've measured your dog and reviewed each individual size chart for the products you're purchasing, as sizes may vary.

  • Once your order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP, and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.

📦 Shipping & Dispatch

  • We're a small business. Please allow 1–6+ business days for domestic orders to be dispatched and up to 2–5 business days for international orders. During sale or new launch periods, please allow an additional 5–12 business days for dispatch.

  • Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us marked 'return to sender,' the buyer must pay the same postage fee to have the item re-delivered.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges​

  • If an item is to be returned or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense. Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Please note, if you mark the return 'Return to sender,' our account will be charged a return fee, which will be at the buyer's expense.

  • Need to organise a return? You will be provided with a store credit for the amount of the item you paid at the time of placing the order. You may be eligible to pay additional costs such as shipping or a higher dollar value if the item is back at the original price (not on sale).

  • A Fairy Tails store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item or save for later since it never expires!

📦 Delivery Instructions

  • When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended, you acknowledge that Fairy Tails and their representatives will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority.

🌍 International Orders

  • In addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes. If you refuse to pay them and the order is returned to us, you will be required to pay any costs we have incurred as a consequence.

🛡️ Our Guarantee

  • Fairy Tails products are made from high-quality and durable materials; however, they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects.   • Please ensure you inspect all items for wear prior to use. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

 

🐾 Fairy Tails – Warranty Information

At Fairy Tails, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty terms are designed to provide you with peace of mind and ensure your pet's gear performs as expected.

🛡️ Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date you receive your product, as indicated by the courier's tracking information.

  • Fairy Tails Pet Tracker: 12 months

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Charge Cable: 12 months.

🔄 Warranty Transferability

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original purchase. In cases where returning the product to Fairy Tails is not feasible, alternative inspection and repair arrangements can be discussed.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from fire or water

  • Theft or misuse

  • Improper use or unauthorized modifications (e.g., replacing the SIM card)

  • Unauthorized opening of the device, unless explicitly advised by our support team for troubleshooting purposes

  • App performance issues or incompatibility due to third-party updates (e.g., Apple, Android)

  • Minor GPS location inaccuracies caused by real-world factors (e.g., weather, terrain, buildings, network coverage)

  • Second-hand, rental, or leased products, unless specified

  • Service costs for consumable parts

  • Products without the original serial or IMEI numbers

  • Data loss (customers are responsible for backing up data)

  • Consumable accessories subject to wear and tear, including rubber attachment bands, collars, leads, harnesses and Id Tags.

These warranty terms are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited. For more information on your rights, please refer to the ACCC's guide on warranties.
