At Fairy Tails, we understand how excited you are to receive your new pet accessories, so we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below for everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📍 Where Are My Items Shipped From?
- All orders are shipped from Gold Coast, Queensland, so whether you’re near or far, we’ve got you covered!
🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. Delivery time depends on your postcode, so please check the estimated shipping time on the Australia Post website for more details. During busy periods like Christmas or Easter, please allow extra time for deliveries.

🌏 International Shipping
Yes! We deliver to pet lovers around the world! Your order will be sent via Australia Post and handed off to a local courier once it arrives in your country (for example, USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK). Delivery times vary, and international shipments can take up to 6+ weeks, depending on the destination.
International Shipping Costs:
International shipping rates range from AUD $15–$50, based on your order’s weight and location.
Important: Please note that you may be required to pay import duties or taxes depending on your country’s customs policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Fairy Tails is not responsible for these fees, and if the parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, you will be liable for any re-shipping charges.
🏷️ Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s journey through the Australia Post website for domestic deliveries. For international orders, once your parcel reaches your country, you can use your tracking number to check its status with your local courier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail).
🛑 Delivery Issues

Signature Required: To ensure your order arrives safely, a signature is required at the time of delivery. If you're not available, the courier will leave a card with pick-up instructions.

Return to Sender: If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be required.

Incorrect Address: Double-check your shipping information before placing your order! Fairy Tails is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

P.O. Box Deliveries: We can deliver to P.O. Boxes within Australia. For international orders, if a courier service (such as DHL or FedEx) is required, a physical street address will be needed.
🚫 Order Cancellation & Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately before dispatch. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but once your order is packed and shipped, we’re unable to adjust it.
🔄 Returns and Exchanges

Return to Sender: If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, a return fee will be charged.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping cost will be at your expense, and items must be in their original packaging.
