We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your Fairy Tails order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it simple and stress-free.

🐾 Need to Make a Return or Exchange?

No worries! All you need is your order number and the email address used at checkout. You’ll find the order number in your confirmation email.

⚠️ Important

To ensure your Fairy Tails device and app are set up correctly, please follow the setup guide step-by-step. If you encounter any issues, troubleshooting help and the setup guide are available 

🔁 Our Return Policy

We offer easy 60-day returns.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Final sale items (including clearance or limited-time promotions) cannot be returned.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a trackable Australia Post return label. A fee of AUD $8.95 will be deducted if you choose the store credit option using our label.

🐾 Fairy Tails – Faulty or Defective Products

At Fairy Tails, we want you and your pet to be delighted with every purchase. If something's not quite right, we're here to help.

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you're entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if your product:

✅ Has a major failure—meaning it's significantly different from what was advertised, unsafe, or non-functional.

✅ Has a minor failure that can't be fixed within a reasonable time.

What’s Not Considered a Fault:

❌ The tracker works as described but doesn’t meet personal expectations (e.g., expected instant smartphone-like tracking speeds).

❌ The product was misused, not set up correctly, or operated outside of recommended conditions.

❌ The issue is due to network availability or environmental factors beyond our control.

If You Think Your Product Is Faulty:

Please reach out to us at fairytailscollars@gmail.com with a description of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and may request further information, photos, or troubleshooting steps before proceeding with a remedy.

📄 Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the return package.

💳 Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit (gift card) with no expiry date.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used on any future purchase.

  • If your order was placed with Afterpay or another payment service, your payment plan will continue as scheduled. The gift card will be issued in full and your payments will go toward the value of the gift card (excluding shipping).

🚫 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect sizing or preferences.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not functioning properly, please email us at fairytailscollars@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll review your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

 

⏱️ Return Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
